FLUTE BAND

Flute Band is an important extracurricular activity that helps students develop musical skills and creativity. It provides students with an opportunity to learn and perform music while improving their confidence and self-expression.

Through Flute Band activities, students learn the basics of playing the flute, including rhythm, melody, breathing techniques, and coordination. Regular practice helps students improve concentration, patience, and discipline. It also develops listening skills and enhances their appreciation of music.

Participating in a Flute Band teaches students teamwork and cooperation, as they must play together in harmony and follow instructions carefully. Students often perform during school functions, celebrations, cultural events, and special occasions, which helps them gain stage confidence and presentation skills.

Scouts & Guides is an important extracurricular activity at Baroda High School, Alkapuri – Afternoon Shift. It helps students develop important life skills and values that support their overall growth and personality development. The program encourages students to become responsible, disciplined, and helpful members of society.

Scouts & Guides follows the motto "Be Prepared," which teaches students to be ready to face challenges and help others in any situation. Through this activity, students learn leadership, teamwork, self-confidence, honesty, and respect for others. Students participate in activities such as camping, first aid training, social service, environmental awareness programs, community work, group activities, and outdoor learning experiences.

It also helps students build physical fitness, decision-making skills, and a spirit of unity and service. It gives students opportunities to develop practical skills and become confident individuals who contribute positively to society and their community.

Vocational Training is an important educational program that focuses on developing practical skills and preparing students for future careers. It provides students with hands-on learning experiences and helps them gain knowledge in specific fields, enabling them to apply their skills in real-life situations.

We design Vocational Training for the students as per the age group and their interest areas. For Example, Knitting and embroidery, Pottery, Cooking and Baking etc… These classes support students in becoming skilled, confident and responsible individuals.
